Recently jamia administration announced it's centenary convocation for passout batch of academic year 2019 and 2020 but the venue of Programme created the sadness within student Community . Many students raised the question that this is not common convocation it's our centenary convocation ,so why not we should celebrate in the campus instead of vigyan bhawan.

This is not single case when prof .Najma akhtar has been criticized ,in past there have been many incident where students opposed the vice Chancellor decision. After assumed the charge of office of vice Chancellor of jamia Millia Islamia in 2019, there have been happened many case ranging from student union demand ,Citizen amendment act Protest , Rss conflict in the campus , sexual harassment case ,FIR on students ,Delhi police case etc , Where the Mrs Chancellor to criticized .

As per rule jamia have it's own Security unit who mange all dispute within campus and not allowed any outsider forces to enter in the campus without Vice Chancellor consent and official order ,despite of this in 2019 during citizen amendment act (CAA) protest at jamia campus ,where CRPF and Delhi police had entered into the campus library and beaten students,Indian Army retired personnel and vandalised the property. So the question still remain that who has given order to Crpf and Delhi police to beat students and Vandalised property .
After the jamia violence of 2019 December15 , students have criticized to prof.Najma akhtar and demanded for the inquiry ,Their report not yet came in the public domain ,however matter was gone to Supreme Court and verdict awaited .

In the previous predecessor who had worked under political and rulling party pressure and promoted political agenda in the education environment , few of them become governor , and hold many post within government After completion of tenure. We should change and opposed such kind of agenda may it will harmful for the educational institution .Let Understand the case of Vice Chancellor of Aligarh Muslim University who recently appointed member of legislative council in the government of uttar pardesh before the completion of the tenure of VC . when you analyse the incident which happened in the last four year in the campus of Aligarh Muslim University, you will find the inclination of people toward the political agenda and they promoted as well amid students protest .poltics-education are two different things and not to merge with each other . This would be possible to change such kind of things with the effort of students body and teacher council .
Jamia establish in 1920 and then moved to Delhi (jamia nagar) .The founding member Vision was very cleared about jamia that its not an institute but also symbol of resistance for the english government . Maulana Mohammad Ali jauhar, Mahatma Gandhi ,Dr zakir hussain(Former president of india ), Abul Kalam Azad ,Dr.M.A Ansari and other founding Member of jamia have given many sacrifices both personal and financial to promote this institute. Jamia have always opposed the things who are against our Indian people, culture ,tradition . From then
to now it's become voice of citizen of India and always come first to speak and opposed the things who are not suitable for the welfare of the people .

But in the past few years we are lossing this legacy of jamia and converting it into political environment which is not good for the future generation . poltics should be outside of jamia ,if people have any desire to come in the electoral poltics ,don't take help of educational institution as political tool .
